Welcome to TradeMation. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TradeMation’s website, digital tools, learning materials, and automation utilities (collectively, the “Services”).
 By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By accessing TradeMation, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Educational Purpose Only
TradeMation provides technology-based and educational tools designed to assist users in understanding automated trading concepts and market behavior.
 We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice, and we do not manage or trade client funds.
 Any examples, demonstrations, or settings shown in our content are for training and informational purposes only.

3. Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial markets (including Forex, stocks, CFDs, and cryptocurrencies) involves risk of loss.

Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes.

Automated systems may behave differently in live conditions.

You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

By using TradeMation’s Services, you acknowledge these risks and take full responsibility for your trading activity.

4. License & Use Restrictions

TradeMation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products for personal or business educational purposes. You may not:

Copy, resell, or distribute the software or related materials.

Reverse engineer or modify our code or systems.

Use the Services for unlawful or misleading purposes.

5. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments must be made in advance.

Due to the digital nature of our products, payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Pricing may change, and notice will be provided before any change takes effect.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability
TradeMation does not guarantee results, profits, or uninterrupted service.
 You use the Services at your own discretion and risk.
 TradeMation and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including trading losses.
 Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the last 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property
All TradeMation materials—including software, content, videos, graphics, and brand assets—are owned by TradeMation. Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. TradeMation is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence or sharing of credentials.

9. Termination
TradeMation may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

10. Third-Party Integrations
Our tools may connect with third-party platforms (e.g., brokers, data providers, or payment gateways).
 TradeMation does not control or endorse any third-party services and is not responsible for their actions or availability.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Updates to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
